Automating chargeback dispute evidence

Problem

Chargebacks arrive with a hard deadline and a pile of evidence to assemble by hand — order details, fulfilment proof, customer history — pulled from several places under time pressure. Most merchants either miss the window or submit weak responses, and lose disputes they could have won.

How it works

• →Connects to the merchant's Shopify store and reads dispute and order data via the Admin API.
• →Assembles the evidence package for each chargeback against its reason code and deadline.
• →Drafts the response for the merchant to approve, then files it.
• →Tracks every dispute to its resolution and reports the outcome.
