AI agents for Shopify

Shopify automation with AI agents, wired into your store's real data.

Generic automation stops at “if this, then that.” AI agents for Shopify read the order behind a question, decide what to do, and take the action — with your approval on anything that matters. We build them the way we build our own Shopify app: for what happens after launch, not just the demo.

Four agents

Each one owns a Shopify workflow.

Support inbox agent

Reads the order behind each email through the Shopify Admin API and drafts a reply in your tone — tracking, delivery estimate, return eligibility — for a one-click approve. Handles the “where is my order” volume so your team does not.

More on the customer service agent

Messaging order-ops agent

Order confirmations, cash-on-delivery verification, delivery updates and reorder nudges over WhatsApp and SMS, triggered by Shopify order and fulfilment events. Useful where email gets ignored and COD drives returns.

Dispute & chargeback ops

Gathers the order, fulfilment and customer evidence behind each Shopify Payments dispute, drafts the response against the reason code, and files it before the deadline. This is what our own product does.

Back-office agent

Daily reconciliation of orders against payouts, low-stock and anomaly alerts, and a morning summary in your inbox — the quiet checks that catch a pricing mistake or a refund spike before it costs you.

Why it works on Shopify

We know the platform from the inside.

Shopify automation lives or dies on the details of the Admin API, webhooks, rate limits and permissions — the parts that only bite you in production. We deal with them every day running ChargebackWiz on the Shopify App Store, so your agent is built on hard-won knowledge of how the platform actually behaves, not a weekend prototype.

You keep control: every agent is scoped to specific data and actions, most things run on approval, and you can switch any category back to human at any time.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How do AI agents connect to my Shopify store?

Through the Shopify Admin API, using the specific permissions you grant — order, fulfilment, customer and payment data as each agent needs it. Order and fulfilment events can trigger actions in real time. Nothing runs that you have not scoped.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

No. The agents work on standard Shopify plans. Some advanced flows can use Plus-only features where you have them [VERIFY: which flows, if any, depend on Shopify Plus], but the core support, messaging, dispute and back-office agents do not require it.

Will Shopify automation interfere with my existing apps?

It should not. The agents read data and take scoped actions through the API alongside your existing stack, rather than replacing it. Part of the pilot is confirming the agent plays nicely with what you already run.

Can I start with one agent?

That is the recommended way. We build one working agent in a fixed-price pilot, prove it on your real data, then add one new automation at a time on the monthly plan. Automating everything at once is how projects stall.
