What's included in the AI Ops Plan?

What's not included?
Additional net-new agents beyond the one-per-month cadence are scoped separately as pilots. Third-party usage costs (for example WhatsApp, SMS or model API fees) are billed at cost or run on your own accounts.
How does billing work?
The Pilot is $499 one-time — 50% to start, the balance on demo approval — and includes your first month of the Ops Plan. The Ops Plan is from $290/month with a 3-month minimum. Dispute Ops is a success fee only, billed monthly. Custom development is quoted per project.
Can I cancel?
Yes — the Ops Plan is cancellable monthly after the 3-month minimum, and you keep everything that was built.
